1. General Policy

Donations made to Amaanitvam Foundation are generally non-refundable as funds are immediately directed toward charitable and operational activities.

2. Duplicate Transactions

If a donor is charged multiple times for the same donation due to a technical error, the duplicate amount may be eligible for a refund.

3. Incorrect Donation Amount

If an incorrect donation amount is submitted accidentally, the donor may request a review and refund by contacting the Foundation.

4. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date.

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for consideration.

• Registered Email Address
• Transaction ID
• Donation Amount
• Date of Transaction
• Reason for Refund Request

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method used for the transaction.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the donor's bank or payment provider.

7. Right to Refuse

Amaanitvam Foundation reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

8. Policy Changes

The Foundation reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
